So the American Dream, is it freedom? Or being rich beyond your wildest dreams? I think for everyone it's different. For me it's a mix between freedom and wealth. I want to be able to do what I want when I want and not have to be dependent on someone else. I don't want to worry about getting laid off, downsized, or outsourced. I want to have complete control over my income. As you read on you will learn about my successes and failures on my road to the American Dream!

Before I start I want to tell you a little about myself and how I was brought up. I was born in 1987 in late December on a cold afternoon in a janitor’s closet. That’s right a janitor’s closet. The hospital was jammed packed. Every delivery room was occupied. I was not going to wait to get started with life on the outside. My mother was only 17 at the time and she was not taking, “Please wait until we have a room ready,” for an answer.
I am the American Dream. I am the epitome of what the American Dream basically said. It said you could come from anywhere and be anything you want in this country. That's exactly what I've done.

I am now in high school, 16 years old, still unpopular and still wanting to be rich! I got my first job at the same cabinet company that my grandmother managed answering customer service calls. I worked there 3 hours a day after school. On Christmas my grandmother got me a subscription to Forb’s magazine. My new favorite TV station to watch was CNBC.
